10(95) Series Screw Oil Press has the Following Models:

• 10-2 and 95B are basic two-stage pressing types. Their press chamber compression ratio is large and the pressing force of the whole machine is significantly enhanced. They are suitable for high oil-containing crops represented by rapeseed and are a one-time continuous hot pressing production process.
• 10-4 and 95C are three-stage screw oil presses, suitable for users who have accumulated certain usage experience and are more concerned about the residual oil rate of dry cakes.

• 10-6 and 10-8 are three-stage press models, with better pressing effects than traditional 10-2 and 95 models, and significantly lower residual oil rates of dry cakes than similar oil presses.
• The 10-9 type is a four-stage press type; the 10J-2 type is an extended four-stage press type (press cage length 700). Its press chamber pressure is greater than that of the three-stage press. If it is operated properly and the raw materials are well pretreated, its pressing effect and oil yield are better. It is suitable for users who have accumulated certain experience and focus on dry cake residual oil rate, and are expected to obtain more excellent economic benefits.

The reducers of the above two series of models have been gradually improved to helical gear transmission reducers (10XC), which have good gear meshing performance, large overlap, and improved load-bearing capacity, so that the transmission of the reduction mechanism is stable, the noise is reduced, and the service life of the gears is extended.

This 120 Series Screw Oil Press:

The 120 series automatic temperature control precision filtration combination oil press is a new product developed on a stand-alone basis in order to meet market demand. It has the function of automatic temperature control, replacing the traditional heating method of pressing dry cake, which can shorten the preparation time before pressing, reduce energy consumption and machine wear. When the oil pressing is interrupted, the system can also keep the temperature of the pressing chamber constant. At the same time, the machine has a filtering function. After the crude oil flows out of the pressing chamber, it is directly filtered by the air pressure filter. The air pressure filter is a new type of filtering equipment, which uses compressed air as the filtering power and has strong power. It overcomes the disadvantage of insufficient power of the vacuum filter and can achieve precise results. This model has a compact structure, small footprint, saves manpower, and is an ideal equipment for small and medium-sized refineries and edible oil production enterprises.

• The basic model of the 120 series is a two-stage pressing model;
• The 120-8 type is a three-stage press with greater pressure in the press chamber. With proper operation, it is expected to obtain better economic benefits. It is suitable for old users who have accumulated certain experience in use and focus on the residual oil rate of the dry cake;
• Model 120-9 is a four-stage press model. Its pressing chamber pressure is greater than that of 120-8 model, and its pressing effect, productivity and oil yield are better.

This series of models has been improved to a helical gear transmission reducer (120XC), which has good gear meshing performance, large overlap, and improved load-bearing capacity, so that the transmission of the reduction mechanism is stable, the noise is reduced, and the service life of the gear is extended.

This 130 Series Screw Oil Press:

• The basic model of the 130 series is a two-stage pressing screw oil press;
• The 130-2 is a three-stage pressing screw oil press, and its compression ratio is correspondingly increased. It is suitable for users who have accumulated certain usage experience and pay attention to the residual oil rate of dry cakes;
• The 130-8 is a two-stage pressing oil press with an extended pressing chamber;
• The 130-9 is a three-stage pressing oil press with an extended pressing chamber;
• The 130-10 is a four-stage pressing oil press, which has a higher pressing chamber pressure and better pressing effect.
• The 130-12 is a new three-stage high-efficiency low-residual oil press, which is characterized by greater pressing force and lower dry cake residual oil rate. It can reach less than 6.0% after testing by the National Grain and Oil Testing Center;
• The 130-12D is a high-performance oil press specially designed for soybean users, and the residual oil rate of dry cakes can reach less than 5.5%. This product has obtained a national patent (patent number ZL 2014 2 0279178.X);
• The 130GX series, commonly known as the large oil tank oil press, has a helical gear transmission for smooth operation, increased transmission strength, reduced noise, and extended service life.

This 140 Series Screw Oil Press:

• The 140 basic model is a two-stage oil press, suitable for continuous pressing of high-oil-content oilseeds, such as rapeseed.
• 140-8 is a three-stage oil press, suitable for users with certain experience and who prefer dry cake residual oil rate.
• 140CJ is an extended four-stage oil press. The pressing chamber has greater pressing force and better pressing effect.
• 140CJGX is an extended large oil tank four-stage oil press, with a helical gear transmission for smooth operation, increased transmission strength, reduced noise and extended service life.
