Automatic temperature-controlled vacuum filter oil press in multiple models

Introduction

The quality of this series of commercial oil presses meets the requirements of the Machinery Industry Standard of the People’s Republic of China JB/T9793.1-2013 “Agricultural Screw Oil Press”.
This system can also maintain a constant temperature in the pressing chamber when oil pressing is interrupted. At the same time, the machine has a built-in vacuum filter filtration function. Compared with traditional plate and frame filters, the vacuum filter is lighter, simpler to operate, and more convenient to clean the residue (facilitating the residue to be re-pressed in time). It has a compact structure, small floor space, and saves manpower. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized oil refineries and community street edible oil mills.

Different Models.

70WZ combined oil press series has two versions:

• 70WZ is a two-stage press, suitable for continuous pressing of high-oil-content oilseeds, such as rapeseed.
• 70-8WZ is a three-stage press, suitable for users with a certain amount of experience and who are more concerned about the residual oil rate of dry cake.

90WZ combined oil press series has two versions:

• 90WZ is a two-stage press, suitable for continuous pressing of high-oil-content oilseeds, such as rapeseed, peanuts, etc.
• 90-2WZ is a three-stage press, suitable for users with a certain amount of experience and who are more concerned about the residual oil rate of dry cake.

10 (95) WZ combined oil press series has two versions:

• 10-2WZ and 95BWZ are two-stage presses, suitable for continuous pressing of high-oil-content oilseeds, such as rapeseed.
• 10-4WZ and 95CWZ are three-stage oil presses, suitable for users with certain experience and who pay more attention to the residual oil rate of dry cake.

10-6(8/9/J-2)WZ combined oil press series has multiple versions:

• 10-6WZ and 10-8WZ are three-stage press models, and their pressing effect is better than the traditional 10 (95) WZ model, and the dry cake residual oil rate is also significantly lower than similar products.
• The 10-9WZ and 10J-2WZ models are extended four-stage press models (press cage length 700). Their press chamber pressure is greater than that of the three-stage press. If operated properly and the raw materials are well pretreated, their pressing effect and oil yield are better. They are suitable for users who have accumulated certain experience in use and focus on dry cake residual oil rate, and are expected to obtain more excellent economic benefits.

120WZ combined oil press series has five versions:

• Basic 120WZ is a two-stage pressing oil press, suitable for continuous pressing of high-oil-content oilseeds, such as rapeseed.
• 120-8WZ is a three-stage oil press. It has greater pressing force than the basic model 120WZ. It is suitable for users who have accumulated certain experience and focus on the residual oil rate of dry cake.
• The 120-9WZ is a new four-stage pressing oil press developed by the company after market research. It has a greater pressing force than the 120-8WZ, and practice has proved that it has better pressing effect and oil output efficiency.
• The 120JWZ is an extended three-stage high-efficiency low-residual oil press, with a greater pressing chamber pressure and a longer pressing time for oilseeds in the pressing chamber; at the same time, without increasing the motor power, it has a larger daily processing capacity, a higher oil output rate, and a lower dry cake residual oil rate (at its best, it can reach about 5.5%).
• The 120SLWZ combined oil press is based on the structure of the 120JWZ model, with an electric heating device and a circulating water cooling system (0.12-0.16kW) added to control the temperature of the press chamber. This achieves constant temperature pressing and oil extraction, maintains stable chamber pressure (depending on the oil, the chamber temperature is maintained at 120-140℃), avoids excessive chamber temperature due to long-term pressing, and ensures that the denaturation does not exceed the limit (avoids coking of the embryo). This increases the oil yield and keeps various vitamins, fatty acids, minerals, trace elements and nutrients intact. At the same time, it improves the utilization value of dry cake meal and improves the degree of intelligence and automation; it has compact structure, simple operation and convenient maintenance.

130WZ combined oil press series has six versions:

• 130WZ is a basic two-stage screw press;
• 130-2WZ is a three-stage screw press with a correspondingly increased compression ratio, suitable for users with certain experience and who place more emphasis on the residual oil rate of dry cakes;
• 130-8WZ is a two-stage oil press with an extended chamber;
• 130-9WZ is a three-stage oil press with an extended chamber;
• 130-10WZ is a four-stage oil press with a greater chamber pressure and better pressing effect;
• 130-12WZ is a new three-stage high-efficiency low-residual oil press, which is characterized by greater pressing force and lower residual oil rate of dry cakes, which can reach less than 6.0% after testing by the China Grain and Oil Testing Center;
• 130-12DWZ is a high-performance oil press specially designed for users of high-fat crops (soybeans, peanuts, walnuts, etc.), with a residual oil rate of dry cakes of less than 5.5%.
