Introduction

Working principle:

Electromagnetic heating is also called electromagnetic induction heating. Its principle is to use the components of the electronic circuit board to generate an alternating magnetic field. When an iron container is placed on it, the alternating magnetic field line cuts the surface of the container, and an alternating current (i.e. eddy current) is generated in the metal part at the bottom of the container. The eddy current causes the carriers at the bottom of the container to move at high speed and irregularly. The collision and friction between carriers and atoms generate heat energy, thereby heating the material. Since the iron container has self-heating properties, the thermal efficiency can be as high as 95% or more. By using this electromagnetic induction phenomenon, the inner pot body is directly heated to achieve the purpose of baking the material.
