Introduction

This hydraulic oil press is divided into two categories: one is a strip-row press cylinder hydraulic oil press; the other is a drilled press cylinder hydraulic oil press. Generally speaking, materials with high oil content can use strip-row press cylinder hydraulic oil press (service life of more than 15 years), and materials with low oil content can choose drilled press cylinder hydraulic oil press (service life of more than 10 years).
In addition, these two types of hydraulic presses are also divided into single barrel and double barrel. Single barrel is more economical and suitable for customers with smaller output, while double barrel with two press barrels saves labor and cost and is suitable for customers with larger output.
In order to solve the problem of oil splashing during the use of traditional hydraulic oil presses, a stainless steel cover is installed outside each press cylinder to solve the problem of oil splashing and reduce unnecessary waste for customers.

Structural Materials:

The top plate is made of WISCO Q345 material, which can withstand the super strong pressure of the machine piston; the flat design reduces friction, can fix the top plate, no tilt angle, and maintain the balance of the oil pressing process.
Electric contact pressure gauge, fully automatic, automatic high and low pressure conversion, to prevent excessive pressure from causing machine damage and casualties. It can be used to repeatedly press materials to increase oil yield.
The column of the oil press machine is made of Jigang 40CR material, which can provide a beam support for the machine that is constantly pressing up and down.
The reinforcement ring is heat-treated with 45 steel to ensure the life of the machine. Some small manufacturers’ hydraulic oil presses on the market are easy to break without reinforcement.
The base is made of aerospace-grade steel plate to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the oil press and the service life of the machine.
