Are your machines really suitable for tropical climates?
Yes! Each GQ-Agri machine has been tested for more than 500 hours in tropical high humidity environments. Key components use anti-rust coating and dust-proof motors.
What if the machine fails after delivery?
We provide 2-year warranty + 24/7 WhatsApp support. Online guidance is provided for life.
Why is your machine price not the lowest in the market?
As a long-term company, we do not want to compromise on machine quality for the sake of temporary sales performance. We insist on quality first in the production process, for example: the plate thickness is 0.2MM thicker than ordinary machines, the coating is 3 coats thicker instead of 1 coat…We have price advantages under the same quality.
Are there any hidden import taxes or fees?

Can I pay in installments?
Some areas are already open! When our agents develop in your area, they will work with agricultural microfinance institutions to provide cooperatives and women’s enterprises with 0% interest installment plans (3-12 months). How long does it take to deliver to remote areas?
Average 15-25 days. For urgent orders, we use a dedicated agricultural logistics channel equipped with GPS tracking containers.
What if my village has unstable electricity?
In order to solve the unstable power situation in some areas. We have developed solar/diesel powered versions for some of our machines. You can specify your requirements in your follow-up communication with us.
