Introduction<\/h3>\n

This spiral edible oil oil press machine is a new generation of low-temperature spiral oil press, designed for hot and cold pressing of various oils, especially suitable for pressing organic plants and high value-added cash crops. Multi-stage pressing, high oil yield, low residual oil in the oil cake, and clean pressing at one time. The processed oil is light in color (oil filter is required), of good quality and rich in nutrition, meeting international market standards. Multiple different models correspond to different specifications and configurations, suitable for different oil pressing scales.

Screw oil press machine oil pressing process:<\/h4>\n

Processed (filtered\/baked) rapeseed enters the press chamber of the machine from the hopper. The oil is continuously pushed inward by the pressing screw for pressing. Since the oilseed is in motion in the press chamber of the rapeseed oil press equipment, relative motion occurs. When the pressure in the press chamber is high, there is great friction resistance between the oil seeds and the screw, and between the oil seeds and the press chamber. On the other hand, since the diameter of the screw press rod gradually increases and the pitch gradually decreases, when the screw press rotates, the thread can push forward and rotate outward, and the material layer close to the thread surface also rotates and squeezes with the pressing shaft. The heat generated by friction also meets the heat required for the oil pressing process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of protein in the oilseed, destroy the colloid, increase plasticity, and reduce viscosity, making it easy to flow out from the gaps between the round and strip rows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
